Coordinate churches and musicians, automating the reach out, booking, follow-up communications and feedback process.
This app helps WSNโs coordinators reach out to musicians, follow up on church requests, book projects and more. It includes details on musicianโs and clientโs history, status and availability.
Recently a client portal has been added so churches can request new projects direct on the site. A musicianโs portal is also coming soon. These portals will include a dashboard with several metrics and graphs, an internal chat, project and feedback history and more.
The app also includes API integration with email, SMS, Typeform, e-signing, Slack and others.
Manufacturing ERP
Built on MS Access running over a local network
Custom Built Enterprise Resource Planning software for an Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Includes automatic generation of all Purchase Orders and Work Orders based on the Bill of Materials for the equipment being built. Inventory is then automatically increased as the PO's come in. Work orders become available as stock arrives and then inventory is reduced when work orders are complete.
Tracks labor time on each build as technicians check in and out their work orders. Bill of materials for each work order can be generated so that the floor manager can keep parts organized and ready to go for the production team.

Warehouse Management API Integration Tool

Integration of a 3rd party warehouse with Everstoxโs order management system.
Everstox provides integration for B2B and e-commerce applications involving order management. This tool was built for Shtiks, who provides warehousing services, so that they could integrate with Everstoxโs system for processing orders with clients who already work with everstox.
The everstox API is used to manage all aspects of the order and fulfillment lifecycle including orders and stock coming in, shipments going out and tracking of products and stocks across warehouses.
It includes several automated, scheduled tasks that run approximately every 10 min all day, every day. In addition, admin users can run these tasks manually as needed through the โmanual runโ page.
ESG Company Online Questionnaire
Built on a cloud hosted SQL Server with a web based user interface
Company representatives are asked to log in yearly and complete the ESG questionnaire for their company for that year.
Basecamp provides consulting services and as part of the profile they put together on each client, they ask them to sign in and fill in this questionnaire.
The questions relate to ESG (environment, social and governance) areas of the company and are used to help Basecampโs client improve in these areas.
Multiple yearsโ responses are kept on record and shown on screen when entering any other yearโs current answers. This history of responses makes up the complete company ESG profile.
The app includes detailed data validation based on multiple data input types. It also includes an excel-like table where users can copy/paste large data sets and edit fields just like you would in Excel.
City's Project Management Tool
Converted from MS Access to a Web-Based platform running SQL Server on the cloud.ย
Track, control and reports on all aspects of the water services projects for the city of Waterloo
The original version of this software was built by the client on MS Access. They were first looking to upgrade the application as well as outsource the increasingly time consuming task of maintaining the software.
After some initial imporovements in performance and reporting, the next phase consisted of migrating the whole project to the web so that it could be accessed on any device from anywhere in the world using just a browser.
Track project details and create detailed custom reports so that you know how and where your project funds are being spent and how much is still available!
Warehouse Order and Fulfillment Receiving Tool
Built on a cloud hosted SQL Server with a web based user interface
Warehouse workers scan incoming POโs and determine how the items should be sorted based on a custom set of editable rules.
This online tool allows workers at a 3rd party warehousing and fulfillment firm to easily scan incoming POโs and Product SKUโs in order to sort them into the correct bins according to custom, pre-established rules. It also determines which orders are complete and ready for shipment and helps the workers ship these orders out.
The incoming POโs are sorted into bins based on custom, on the fly rules applied to the system. These rules are built around multiple fields related to the PO, Order or Incoming Product and are created and managed from an MS Access Admin Tool. Any number of rules can be created and priority set for each one.
The Admin tool also includes the ability to import and manage all the warehouse data such as stock, product details, orders POโs, bins, warehouse sections and more.
Student Demerit and Merit Management

Apply demerits and merits and view and report on student records from a browser.
Teachers as well as students can log in online. Teachers can apply demerits or merits to one or several students at a time. Students (and/or parents) can view their record.
System also tracks late homeworks and detention records and calculates who should be in detention. Also reports on all history of merits and demerits applied.
Included an Access file for handling site administration tasks including editing students/teachers, types of demerits, homeroom codes etc.
Allow users to log in and interact with and view what they need to from anywhere in the world on any device!
Employee Management System
Built on a cloud hosted SQL Server with a web based user interface
This application caters to various user roles: employees, managers, HR staff, and admin users.
Mutliple users can log into this app and depending on their role type, will have differing functionality available to them.
Employees can view and edit personal information, as well as fill in performance reviews.
Managers log in and have similar functionality to employees except performance reviews are sent to the manager to complete once one of the employees they manage fills in their part.
HR staff and admin users have extensive functionality. They create job descriptions, link them to projects, KPIs, and targets. Candidates apply online through the app. Interviews are scheduled and conducted within the app. Once hired, employee details are managed, including performance reviews and setting future targets.
This app includes integration with MS Bookings for scheduling interviews and employee reviews.
Lunch Order and Pay System

Students and staff can log in online to place and pay for their lunch orders for the semester.
Log in online anytime and from any device to view the menu and place your lunch orders in advance for the semester. Can also verify the lunch orders you've already placed.
Simply enter your student or staff ID and system finds your information and auto-populates the payment form.
MS Access tool was also included as part of this project so that any teacher can maintain the site, upload menu and student info and track payment information.
At lunchtime, student ID's are entered into the MS Access tool by the cashier to confirm whether student has prepaid for their lunch for that day.
Jobs and Customers Management

Manage Job and related customer details online using a simple and intuitive web app.
A relatively simple web app with a specific purpose: track and mange all job and cutomtomer data as well as provide the exports needed to send to the manufacturer who will deliver the final product.
The app includes three exports. Two of these are PDF versions of the job details form and the last is an XML file. The one that is needed depends on the job and the manufacturer being used.
The app also includes some automation features such as auto job number assignment, math calculations, the ability to auto-fill the job items list based on a template and more.
Client and Site specialized Project Management Tool
Built on MS Access running on a single PC
Supplier tool for tracking international client and site related information.
Another project tracking tool, this time from the supplier's side. Tracking sites where their equipment is being used along with a number of sales metrics for each installation.
Also included a mini Customer Relationship Management module for tracking history of customer interactions and planned next steps with the customer.
Much of the details of the design of the reports and main project details forms were designed as sketches by the client so they ended up getting EXACTLY the layouts and functionality they were looking for.

A unique application for a client management and course scheduling system.
Client was a startup who needed a tool for managing all aspects of their small business.
Schedule courses and register students. Check class enrollment and availability. Track client (and their partners) information for use in the class.
Invoice clients for courses they attended and related merchandise.
Custom built small business management tool for yet another, unique application!
